FACT CHECK: This big booty lady is NOT Chidinma Ojukwu, alleged killer of Usifo Ataga

Since Chidinma Ojukwu, a student of the University of Lagos was arrested for allegedly killing her 'sugar daddy', different pictures and videos have been shared online claiming to be her.

The undergraduate was paraded on Thursday by the Lagos state police for allegedly murdering Usifo Ataga, the CEO of Super TV, in an apartment in Lekki area of the state.

Shortly after the incident, some social media users and blogs have been using pictures and videos belonging to someone who has nothing to do with the murder case to tell different stories.

The most notable of the fake images is that of a fair lady with big backside and wearing a brown outfit.

A Twitter user identified as Dare Adelekan, who claims to be public and government relations advisor on his profile, had shared the picture alongside others and claimed they were those of the UNILAG student.

"Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu, planned to murder Michael Usifo Ataga. She booked the short service apartment on June 13, 2021 ahead of her sinister plan,” Adelekan wrote in his post.

“She was the one who ordered for the roofies they took. The anonymous dispatch rider who delivered the drug may be an accomplice.”

A blog, @theinfoNG, had also shared the picture in an article on “13 things you should know about Chidinma Ojukwu, the alleged killer of Super TV CEO”.
In another dimension, a Twitter user tweeting via @Shomolutogethe1 shared a video showing the same lady captured in the viral photos.
The video, which has been viewed hundreds of times, is circulating across social media channels, particularly WhatsApp.

Contrary to claims that the lady in question is Chidinma, TMZNaija found that she is a different person who goes by the name Beverly Tlhako with @littest_2021 as her Instagram handle.

Beverly's Instagram page identifies her as a brand influencer and South African.

She shared the picture and video where she wore the brown two-piece outfit five months ago.

The lady had shared the trending picture alongside three others in a single post on on January 2, 2021.
She had also shared the video in question on January 2.
TMZNaija's final verdict is that thehe viral picture and video are not that of Chidinma, the alleged killer Usifo Ataga. They are both misleading.
