Singer Lil Frosh finally apologizes for assaulting girlfriend

Nigerian singer, Sanni Goriola, better known as Lil Frosh, has finally spoken on the domestic violence allegations levelled against.

The artist was recently fired by Davido's record label, DMW, after he was accused of physically abusing his girlfriend, Gift Camille.

The 22-year-old on Sunday took to his Instagram page to issue a statement where he expressed remorse for his actions and inactions.

“Based on the wide range of incidents between I Sanni Goriola Wasiu (Lil Frosh) and Iyomaterie Okeoghene Taiwo (Thacutegeminnme), I would like to inform my fans and loved ones that we are on top of the situation,” the statement read.

“We urge friends and fans of Lil Frosh to be at ease and not entertain fear or cause further rancor to this situation. We would also like to state that we condemn violence in all forms, be it domestic or otherwise. I sincerely apologize for my actions and inactions, Thank you.”

Camille’s manager and brother, had days ago on Twitter accused the singer of assaulting his sister.

He claimed that the assault had been going on for about a year.

“You have done enough damage for almost a year now you have been in a relationship with my sister and client and you have brought her nothing but horror, pain and disaster,” he had said.

The outrage that ensued had prompted Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) to terminate its contract with Lil Frosh
