EndSARS protesters dares Wike, hold street party in front of Rivers State government house

Rivers state youths on Tuesday held a massive rally against the brutality and extrajudicial killings of security operatives in front of the government house.

The state governor, Nyesom Wike had on Monday banned all forms of protests in the state, including the ongoing #EndSARS campaigns.

He explained that there was no need for any form of demonstration since the Inspector-General of Police, Adamu Mohammed, had disbanded the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police Force.

The governor had directed security personnel to arrest any person who staged any form of protest from Tuesday.

But on Tuesday, the protesters dared the governor when they stormed the streets of Port Harcourt and matched towards the government house.

The youths occupied in front of the government house, holding what looks like a street party while waiting for the governor to come address them.
